SB 6412 - DIGEST

     Declares that the provisions of chapter 58.17 RCW shall not apply to divisions of land into lots or tracts each of which is made solely for the purpose of a gift, sale, or transfer to the spouse of the grantor or to the children or parents of the grantor by blood or adoption.
