SB 6428 - DIGEST

(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Authorizes a petition for merger to be signed by the board of supervisors or by ten owners of land within the district.

     Declares that chapter 36.93 RCW, boundary review boards, does not apply to the merger of a drainage improvement district, a joint drainage improvement district, or a consolidated drainage improvement district into an irrigation district.
