SB 6509 - DIGEST

     Declares that in order to provide funds necessary for the location, design, and construction of an improvement to the Tacoma Narrows bridge, including approaches to the bridge, there shall be issued and sold upon the request of the Washington state transportation commission a total of five hundred million dollars of general obligation bonds of the state of Washington.

     Provides for the establishment of tolls and charges for use of the bridge.
