(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Authorizes the department to deny renewal of a certificate or license to anyone who owes outstanding penalties for a citation or for noncompliance with chapter 19.28 RCW.

     Provides for revocation of licenses for serious violations of the chapter.

     Establishes requirements for accurate reporting of trainee hours.

     Allows inspectors to employ any testing methods that assures that wiring and electrical equipment is in conformance with the state electrical code.
