SB 6541 - DIGEST

     Authorizes any person who suffers damages as a result of actions described in RCW 9A.80.010, relating to official misconduct, to bring a civil action against the person or persons committing the act in a court of competent jurisdiction for exemplary damages not to exceed two hundred fifty thousand dollars, plus attorneys' fees.
