SB 6557 - DIGEST

     Requires that, within fourteen days of the entry of a judgment of conviction of an individual for an infamous crime, the clerk of the court shall send a notice of the conviction including the full name of the defendant and his or her residential address to the county auditor or custodian of voting records in the county of the defendant's residence.

     Directs the county auditor or custodian of voting records to strike the name of the defendant from the roll of registered voters.
