SB 6561 - DIGEST

     Requires the state committee of each major political party to submit to the secretary of state a statement that the state delegation to its national convention shall cast their votes on the first ballot for a candidate in the percentage which the candidate received in the presidential primary.

     Provides for cancellation of the presidential preference primary if the statement is not provided.
