SB 6567 - DIGEST

     Provides that the board shall not issue a beer retailer license class A, B, D, or E, or a wine retailer license class C or F, or a class H license covering any premises not previously licensed during the past five years if the premises are within five hundred feet of a publicly owned park primarily used by children.

     Provides that a violation of the prohibition is a gross misdemeanor offense.
