SB 6586 - DIGEST

     Provides that the citizens of a county may exercise their right to reject by referendum or change by initiative all growth management measures to the degree that such referendum and initiative rights are authorized under the applicable home rule charter.

     Declares that nothing in this act prohibits growth management hearings boards or the governor from performing their duties under  chapter 36.70A RCW.
