     Revises RCW 84.40.045 to require the following additional information on the assessment notices:  (1) Inform the taxpayer of the zoning of the property as of the date of the last appraisal;

     (2) state that zoning is subject to change;

     (3) state that other restrictions of the local, state, and federal governments on the use of the property may apply; and

     (4) reference the appropriate local, state, and federal sources where further information may be obtained.

     Takes effect January 1, 1999.
