SB 6598 - DIGEST

     Requires each county and each city with a population of ten thousand or more that plan under RCW 36.70A.040 to designate permit assistance staff whose function it is to assist permit applicants.

     Directs the agencies to publish and keep current one or more handbooks containing lists and explanations of all permit laws.
