SB 6621.E - DIGEST

     Amends RCW 42.17.310 to delete the requirement that the provider has given the department an accurate alternative or business address and telephone number.

     Requires the information to be confidential unless the provider specifically requests the information be released and except as provided in RCW 42.17.260(7).
