     Provides that, by July 31, 1997, and July 31st of each year thereafter, a local government planning under RCW 36.70A.040 shall provide to the county assessor a copy of the local government's comprehensive plan and development regulations in effect on July 1st of that year.

     Provides that, notwithstanding any program of revaluation established by any county assessor, each county assessor may change, as appropriate, the valuation of real property upon the receipt of a notice of decision received under RCW 36.70B.130 pertaining to the value of the real property.
