SB 6693 - DIGEST

     Provides that, in any city or town established under this title, an annexation of noncontiguous territory for park, cemetery, or other municipal purposes shall be limited to:  (a) The real property necessary to accomplish that municipal purpose; and

     (b) the period of time that the real property actually serves that municipal purpose, unless the city or town council and the county legislative authority agree otherwise.
