SB 6715 - DIGEST

     Establishes a procedure for the proposal, review and determination of mandated benefit necessity.

     Requires an examination of existing mandated benefits for the purpose of determining the appropriateness of their continuation and establishes a schedule for the reports based on the service provided.

     Repeals various provisions.
