     Declares an intent that prospective purchasers receive meaningful written disclosure prior to purchasing a business opportunity.

     Promotes uniformity in state and federal disclosure requirements.

     Provides for a fine, in an amount not to exceed five thousand dollars per violation, on any person who has violated any provision of this act or any rule or order issued under this act.
