     Requires that a contribution to a candidate, a political party, or a caucus political committee by a gambling interest must be accompanied by an affirmative disclosure that the contribution is from a gambling interest and set forth, in a form prescribed by the commission, the percentage of the contributor's gross revenues attributable to activities licensed under chapter 9.46 RCW.

     Applies to contribution of one hundred dollars or more.
