SB 6739 - DIGEST

     Provides that, no later than June 30, 1997, the salaries of state workers in job classes that are thirty percent behind the prevailing rates for those job classes, as listed on the survey published in June 1995 by the senate committee on ways and means, shall be raised to a level that is no more than twenty-five percent  behind the prevailing rates for those job classes.
