SB 6768 - DIGEST

     Authorizes transit services whose primary effect is to reduce traffic congestion levels on transportation facilities within the boundaries of the authority, even if the service primarily serves citizens who reside in counties adjoining the boundaries of the counties within which the authority is contained.
