SJR 8218 - DIGEST

     Proposes amendments to Article VII of the state Constitution to provide limitations on property taxation for 1997 and thereafter.

     Requires the proposed amendments to be construed as a single integrated plan or to be deemed null and void if held to be separate amendments.
