     On page 1, line 10, after "fetus" insert ", until a study of the frequency of the use of this procedure in this state has been completed.  The study shall include interviews with physicians who have performed this procedure and with individuals upon whom the procedure has been performed."

EFFECT:  Delays the prohibition of partial-birth abortions until after a study of the use of the procedure in this state has been done.
