    On page 20, after line 27, insert the following:

    "(3) Recipients trained under this section shall provide child care services to clients of the department for two years following the completion of their child care training."

EFFECT:  Requires TANF recipients to provide two years of child care services to clients of the department of social and health services in exchange for the child care training they receive.
