     On page 1, line 10, after Astudents@ insert A, and by any member of the school board@

     On page 2, after line 14, insert the following:

A(4) Each member of the school board must be notified in writing prior to administration of a test, questionnaire, survey, analysis, or evaluation that meets the criteria of subsection (2) of this section.  Notification must occur prior to a regularly scheduled meeting of the school board before administration of a test, questionnaire, survey, analysis, or evaluation that meets the criteria of subsection (2) of this section.@

EFFECT: Clarifies that school board members have access to all  instructional materials which will be used in connection with any test, questionnaire, survey, analysis, or evaluation that meets specified criteria.  Requires that the school board be notified prior to the administration of any test, questionnaire, survey, analysis, or evaluation that meets specified criteria.
