     On page 3, after line 3, insert the following:

AThe department of ecology shall establish a registry of claims for rights conferred under this section.  Statements of claim filed under this section shall be filed in the registry alphabetically, consecutively by date of filing, and by such other manner as the department deems appropriate.@

EFFECT: Requires statements of claim filed under the bill to be filed in a new claims registry.
