     On page 2, after line 34, insert the following:

ANEW SECTION. Sec. 4. The sum of nine hundred thirty-one thousand dollars, or as much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated for the biennium ending June 30, 1999, from the resource management cost account to the department of natural resources for the purposes of implementing this act.@

Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct internal references and the title accordingly.

EFFECT: Adds an appropriation to the Department of Natural Resources from the Resource Management Cost Account for developing the Loomis State Forest long-range management plan in accordance with this act.
