     On page 1, line 9, after "at least" strike "four" and insert "five"

     On page 2, line 1 after "at least" strike "four" and insert "five"

EFFECT:  Raises the age differential between the victim and the perpetrator that is required in order for the perpetrator to be guilty of fourth-degree rape of a child or fourth-degree child molestation to at least 5 years.  Currently the age differential must be at least 4 years.
