     On page 3, line 4 strike "A fusion" and insert "An"

     On page 3, line 10, after "copier." insert "The optical variable device selected by the department of licensing shall utilize the most secure technology available to prevent tampering, fraudulent duplication, separation, and alteration."

EFFECT: Eliminates mention of which type of optical variable device should be chosen, but provides that the DOL select the most secure technology available to prevent tampering, fraudulent duplication, separation, and alteration.
