     On page 2, line 14, after "services." insert "The services must return the worker to a job that has wages and benefits comparable to the worker's job at the time of the industrial injury."

EFFECT:  Requires that the vocational services initiated by a retrospective rating employer or group must return the worker to a job with wages and benefits that are comparable to the preinjury job.  ("Comparable wages and benefits"  is defined as not more than a 5 percent loss in wages and benefits.)
