     On page 2, line 12, after "providers." insert "The employer has a duty to inform the claimant that if, within the first two visits, the employee is dissatisfied with the vocational rehabilitation counselor selected by the employer, the employee must notify the department in writing prior to a third visit and the department will assign a new vocational rehabilitation counselor.  Upon receiving the written request, the department must transfer the claimant to another counselor selected and scheduled by the department."

EFFECT:  Adds that the worker is entitled to transfer to another vocational rehabilitation counselor selected by the department if the worker is dissatisfied within two visits with the counselor, and that the employer must inform the worker about the worker's right to transfer.
