     On page 3, line 14, after "expenses." insert "Nothing in this subsection (2)(e) affects the application of chapter 19.09 RCW to the charitable solicitations of an organization."

EFFECT:  Explicitly provides that classification of an organization as an unincorporated nonprofit association based on its fund-raising activities does not affect its responsibilities under the charitable solicitations act.
