On page 2, line 11, after "formula." insert: "Any funds made available or provided under this subsection shall not be used for needle exchange or condom distribution programs."

On page 5, line 10, after "70.05.125(2)(b)." insert" "Any revenues apportioned under this subsection shall not be used for needle exchange or condom distribution programs."

EFFECT:   Prohibits certain funds apportioned to or made available from the county public health account for being used for needle exchange or condom distribution programs.
