On page 2, line 11, after "formula." insert: "Any funds made available or provided under this subsection shall not be used for lobbying purposes, including attempting to influence the passage or defeat of any bill, statute, ordinance, or other act proposed by a state or local legislative body or the adoption or rejection of any rule, regulation, standard, rate, or other enactment of any state or local agency."

On page 5, line 10, after "70.05.125(2)(b)." insert" "Any revenues apportioned under this subsection shall not be used for lobbying purposes, including attempting to influence the passage or defeat of any bill, statute, ordinance, or other act proposed by a state or local legislative body or the adoption or rejection of any rule, regulation, standard, rate, or other enactment of any state or local agency."

EFFECT:   Prohibits certain funds apportioned to or made available from the county public health account from being used for lobbying purposes.
