     On page 3, line 18, after "safety." strike everything through "parent." on line 20, and insert "The fact that siblings share a bedroom is not necessarily of itself evidence of "negligent treatment or maltreatment"."

EFFECT:  Replaces the statement that sharing a bedroom for economic reasons is not negligent treatment or maltreatment with the statement that sharing a bedroom is not necessarily of itself evidence of negligent treatment or maltreatment.
