    On page 4, after line 27 of the striking amendment, insert the following: "(7) The provisions of subsection (1) of this section do not apply to trucks with a gross weight of 6,000 pounds or less whose registered owner is an owner or lessee of a farm and the vehicle is regularly used to haul supplies, equipment and products to and from the farm."

    On page 5, after line 23 of the striking amendment, insert the following: "(8) The provisions of subsection (1) of this section do not apply to trucks with a gross weight of 6,000 pounds or less whose registered owner is an owner or lessee of a farm and the vehicle is regularly used to haul supplies, equipment and products to and from the farm."

    Renumber the sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Exempts farm pick-up trucks from the additional fee which counties and transportation benefit districts may charge.
