     On page 7, after line 30, insert: A(b) After the effective date of this act, the department shall send a written notice to private and public schools under the same conditions identified in subsection (1)(a)(iii) when a juvenile adjudicated of any offense is transferred to a community residential facility.@

     Renumber remaining subsections consecutively and correct internal references accordingly

EFFECT: The department must notify schools when a juvenile adjudicated of any offense, not just violent or sex offenses or stalking, is transferred to a community residential facility.
