     On page 2, beginning on line 3, after "voters" insert "in King county"

     On page 2, line 4, after "county" insert "and the voters in Snohomish county"

EFFECT:  The issue of creation of Skykomish County shall be submitted to the voters of King County residing within the proposed Skykomish County and the voters of Snohomish County, rather than the voters residing within the boundaries of the proposed Skykomish County.
