     On page 13, beginning on line 11, after Aemployee@ strike all material through Aremuneration))@ on line 18 and insert A, whichever is later.  You shall continue to hold the wage assignment order during that period.  If the employee returns to your employment during the one year period you shall immediately begin to withhold the employee=s earnings according to the terms of the wage assignment order.  If the employee has not returned to your employment within one year, the wage assignment will cease to have effect at the expiration of the one year period, unless you still owe the employee earnings or other remuneration@

EFFECT:  Restores current law providing that the wage withholding order remain in effect and be retained by the employer for one year after the employee has left employment.
