     On page 3, line 36, after Acolleges@ insert A, one of whom shall be a member of the teaching faculty, selected in consultation with organizations responsible for representing the faculty@

EFFECT: One of the two persons representing the community and technical colleges on the policy subcommittee of the cross-sector network advisory committee shall represent the teaching faculty.  The person will be selected by the state board in consultation with organizations representing community college and technical college faculty.
