AA school district board of directors may elect to use the one-half of one percent of the appropriation under this section for the construction of facilities or acquisition of equipment or other items with an extended useful life in lieu of acquisition of works of art.@

EFFECT:  Authorizes school districts to use the one-half of one percent art appropriation for construction of facilities or acquisition of equipment or other items with an extended useful life.
