    On page 4, beginning on line 19, after "(iv)" strike everything through "two." on line 21 and insert "To the maximum extent possible, assessments of skills relating to goals three and four of RCW 28A.150.210 shall be integrated into assessments for reading, writing, communication, mathematics, science, history, civics, geography, health, fitness, and the arts in a manner that allows for reporting the level of learning on goals three and four."

EFFECT:  Goals three and four must be integrated into the assessments of goals one and two in a manner that allows for independent measurement.
