    On page 12, beginning on line 20, after "accommodations" strike ", within the scope of its license or contract,"

EFFECT:  Ensures that "reasonable accommodation" of residents is consistent with the federal ADA definition and is not modified by reference to scope of license or contract.  The ADA would not require facilities to exceed their licensure scope or contractual obligations but would allow for specialization of services which may be less than the scope of their license would allow.
