     On page 18, after line 25 of the striking amendment, insert the following:

A(vi) The team affiliate secures an agreement from the national football league to televise all exhibition, regular, and playoff games in the stadium and exhibition center to all areas of the state;@

Renumber the remaining subparagraphs consecutively and correct internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:  Requires all professional football games in the new stadium to be televised in all areas of Washington (Prohibits local television blackout of games).
