     On page 6, line 2 of the striking amendment, after Acenter.@ insert AThe master tenant lease agreement must require the team affiliate to publicly disclose, on an annual basis, an audited profit and loss financial statement.@

EFFECT:  Requires the football team to annually disclose a profit and loss financial statement.
