     On page 6, line 11 of the striking amendment, after Aact.@ insert AThe master tenant shall publicly disclose, on an annual basis, in an  notarized statement the majority and minority owners of the team affiliate and all non-publicly traded concessionaires that will operate in the stadium and exhibition center.@

EFFECT:  Requires football team and concessionaires to annually disclose their owners to the public.
