     On page 6, line 11 of the striking amendment, after Aact.@ strike AThe@ and insert AExcept as provided in subsection (9) of this section, the@

     On page 6, after line 27 of the striking amendment, insert the following:

A(9) Forty percent of the revenues derived from the operation of the stadium and exhibition center for events or activities involving the Olympic Games, World Cup Soccer, and the Super Bowl shall be deposited into the state general fund;@

Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:  Requires that 40% of revenues from Olympic Games, World Cup Soccer, and Super Bowl events or activities at the stadium/exhibition center must be deposited into the state general fund.
