     On page 5, line 6 of the striking amendment, after Aproject@ insert Athat includes an annual contribution of one hundred thousand dollars to each area identified in the environmental impact statement as being adversely impacted by the operation of the stadium and exhibition center.  The annual contribution must be used to monitor, develop, and implement solutions to impacts from the ongoing operation of the stadium and exhibition center on the surrounding areas@

EFFECT:  Requires the stadium authority to include $100,000 to each of the three neighborhood areas (International District, Pioneer Square, and South of the Dome) to address adverse impacts of ongoing operation of the stadium.
