     On page 6, after line 35 of the striking amendment, insert the following:

A(11) The public stadium authority shall work with a public facilities district that constructs a baseball stadium as defined in RCW 82.14.0485, to prohibit the hosting of large events at both facilities at the same time;@

Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:  Stadium authority to work with baseball PFD to eliminate major events being held at both facilities at the same time.
