     On page 19, line 20 of the striking amendment, after Aauthority@ strike A.@ and insert A; and@

     On page 19, after line 20 of the striking amendment, insert the following:

A(x) The majority owner of the team affiliate must provide a personal guarantee to cover any shortfall in revenues that are used to pay principal and interest payments on bonds issued to construct a stadium and exhibition center that are derived from taxes imposed under chapter 82.-- RCW (sections 201 through 204 of this act), section 205 of this act, RCW 36.38.010(5), section 302 of this act, and distributions under RCW 67.70.240(5).@

EFFECT:  Requires the majority owner of the football team to guarantee any shortfall in revenue to pay off bonds for the stadium/exhibition center.
