     On page 41, after line 28 of the striking amendment, insert the following:

A(2) Notwithstanding the provisions of RCW 29.79.040, the referendum ballot title shall be AShall the state of Washington impose  an admissions tax of ten percent on all tickets purchased, except luxury box suites, as part of the public (seventy-five percent)and private (twenty-five percent) funding of a stadium and exhibition center, as long as the >team affiliate= occupies the facility rent free or the stadium is debt free?@@

     Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:  Creates the referendum ballot title.
