     On page 41, beginning on line 10 of the striking amendment, insert the following:

ANEW SECTION. Sec. 605.  The ballot title of the proposal put before the voters shall contain language that states that the financing and building of the stadium and exhibition center, as defined in section 101 of this act, for the team affiliate shall include demolition of the Kingdome.@

Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:  Requires that the ballot title include the statement that the Kingdome will be demolished as part of the new stadium and exhibition center project.
